Due to Covid-19, we’ve implemented extra measures to ensure the safety of our team members, clients and pets, which include:

• wearing of masks

• thorough hand-washing before and after every appointment

• thorough cleaning and disinfection of all grooming tables, water/food bowls, toys, leads, collars, and grooming tools after every appointment

• regular sanitization and wiping of all surfaces, clothing, aprons, door handles, pens, keyboards, touchscreens, tables, counters, etc.

• proper social distancing in and out of the salon

In order to reinforce touchless protocols, please note that we will place a slip lead on your pet, and ask that you keep leashes and collars with you once your pet has been dropped off.

To avoid any crowding, we will be servicing our clients one appointment at a time. We can arrange for touchless transactions via e-mail e-transfers.

We also ask that anyone who is not feeling well to please refrain from booking appointments and visiting us.
